Advance Viewings

If you would like to see any painting before buying, and are able to travel to Biggar, South Lanarkshire I am very happy to arrange a viewing. Please contact me to make arrangements. If you have already decided to make a purchase - please read on :)

Purchase Methods

Online purchases are processed through PayPal meaning your credit or debit card details are kept confidential - simply click the add to Cart Button and follow the instructions. use your own PayPal account if you have one - or simply put in your card details directly.  If you wish to pay by another method please contact me first and I will need to receive a cleared payment before I can ship a painting.

Delivery (Postage and Packing)

Postage for the UK Mainland is included in the price and includes suitable packaging and insurance if required.  For all other places postage varies greatly and costs depend on the size and weight of each package so please contact me for a price which you can pay separately to me. For all works on paper on canvas board I will use Royal Mail, ParcelForce or Evri depending on the size and weight of the parcel. None of the pieces are framed. Please note you will be responsible for the cost of any import duties payable for your country of residence.
In most cases I aim to post within 3 days of receiving full payment.  if there is likely to be any delay I will let you know as soon as possible.

Returns

If you are not happy with your purchase once you have received it, you can contact me within 7 working days to arrange for a refund. It should be returned in original condition and in its original packaging or equivalent and using the same postal method. You will then receive a refund (less postal charges). You will be responsible for the cost of returning it to me.

All the images on the website are the copyright of the artist and no unauthorised reproduction is permitted. Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing, copyright of sold work will remain with the artist who will retain all rights to the image.
