My Inspiration: I walk along the beach and visit at Covehithe and Benacre in Suffolk, a very special place where the cliffs are under constant erosion from the sea and a place where the inland lake meets the sand dunes just next to the sea. There are fallen trees scattered along the coastline where the winter storms have uprooted them from the clifftops and swept them along the coast to land upside down on the beach. Covehithe is near to the old town of Dunwich, once a thriving medieval town until it was swept away by the sea. It is said in local folk law that the bells can still be heard from the many church towers that lie beneath the waves off the Suffolk coastline.
