A stylish all wire ring that is surprisingly easy and quick to make and uses a minimal amount of materials.
Learn to form a ring shank that has an attractive pattern in its binding, whilst also being strong and functional.
I have taken the inspiration for this design from the flowing lines of a Peacocks tail, to create a ring with contrasts of smooth lines and scalloped edges.
Although this is a large ring (1 1/3” tall) it is incredibly comfortable to wear as it conforms to the contours of your finger.
This tutorial is based on a ring size UK P US 7 ½. The wire measurements given can be used for UK size M US 6 to UK size S US 6, this lesson also includes details on how to calculate the length of wire required for different sizes.
Please read through the instructions at least once before starting.
