Double initial letters can have different decorations painted in each one - why be the same if you would rather be different?
Choose another heraldic animal - eg a unicorn or griffin - or a dragon in another colour, and you can have any other decoration you would like. A purple dragon in one initial and lots of purple-headed thistles in the other.
