Lincolnshire Landscape Painting

When I take friends up to Lincolnshire they often remark on its prettiness, but somehow – perhaps because I grew up in it – I am not convinced. All I tend to see is the industrial nature of the land ownership and lay-out, the air force bases, the relentless flatness.
