Still Life with Ukulele on Barrel
This was painted in our friend Margaret’s place overlooking a lake in north Donegal. I am still a bit unclear why I painted the digits ‘101’ twice over, but suppose it was a repetition in the Cause of Art because it helped fill more space on the barrel top than painting the digits once!
