Styled Dragonfly Hair Barrette Or Scarf Pin - Medium - Textured Shiny Sterling silver - Hair Clip

Made with a heavy gauge sterling silver wire which I have hammered, this can be worn as a hair barrette or scarf pin.

The dragonflies wings have been wrapped to add detail and also to make this piece very strong. The body of the dragonfly is made up of a series of loops, each flowing into the next one. The pin has two spirals at the top, symbolizing the dragonflies antenna, I have woven the top section of the pin, adding contrast to the hammered wire which I have created a textured effect to the finish of the wire.

It measures 2 3/4” from head to tail and 3 1/3” across the wing span and has a deep curve which is 3/4”. The pin is 4 7/8” long.
