Elephant Wrist Cuff

A central, teardrop shaped, turquoise cabochon, which I have set in a Viking knit bezel, symbolises the elephants forehead, with two black onyx beads representing the eyes. The trunk is made with Viking knit chain and the tusks from very thick, hammered wire.
The ears are embellished with sweeps and swirls of graduated wire and copper beads.
I have added a patina to the metal, to highlight the detail .
