A little pen and wash painting of a countryside scene near my home here in the Cotswolds. A local back lane features a wooden Public Footpath sign, surrounded by overgrown grasses and cow parsley and I couldn’t resist painting it!
Painted in a loose style with pen and wash (watercolour) on a heavy duty textured watercolour paper 400gsm.
