Swarovski Blue Threader Style Earrings

Beautiful Swarovski Bermuda Blue druzy crystal earrings, a real statement pair of earrings, the crystals were created by the designer Iris van Hepern for Swarovski. I saw these Swarovski Growing Crystals and thought I must be able to do something with them as they really are lovely (though they are an aarrgghh price for two crystals!), they are essentially a Swarovski version of a drusy/druzy stone, which has all that lovely crystal formation on it! There is choice of two pairs (please see other images for the alternative Vitrail Light pair), this one is called Bermuda Blue they are a blue turquoise and they have a lovely depth to them, having been lucky enough to see the water around Bermuda they do look the colour of it. I thought they needed a simple ear fitting along the lines of the baguette ones I have in my shop and after trying various things I decided to stick with a sterling silver wire wrapped threader style ear fitting but I have given it a square top, they sit well when in the ear.
They are approximately 5.2cm long from the top of the threader ear fitting and 1.1cm wide, the crystal is 26mm long, in inches that is 2 1/8 inch from the top of the threader, 3/8 inch wide and the length of the crystal is an inch. Light and easy to wear.
