A beautiful concertina handmade artist book inspired by the poem"The names of the hare” a 13th century poem later translated by Saemus Heaney. It is also inspired by the hare of field and hedgerow that I see regularly on walks with my dog.The images are digitally reproduced using archival inks which are then mounted on etching paper and hand embellished with gold paint. It is presented in a buff coloured gift box.It is part of a varied edition.
