SOLD. Original Peacock Butterfly Silver Pendant

My take on the much loved Peacock Butterfly that I have made in fine silver metal clay (99.9% silver versus sterling which is 92.5% silver content). The pattern is raised from the body of the butterfly giving two dimensions and the wings are curved (it is ready to fly!). A fun necklace that is light and easy to wear. The butterfly hangs from a sterling silver hammered trace chain with a decent sized carabiner clasp, it is 46cm or 18 inches long, I split that into two and soldered and hung it on either side of the butterfly’s wings. The butterfly is 3.8cm wide and 2.2cm high or approximately one and a half inches wide and seven eighths of an inch high. The silver clay has an added bonus as it is also eco friendly as it is made from recycled silver!
