Moon and Stars Boho Silver Wax Seal Pendant

A moon and stars vintage style pendant with a Boho feel, created using a wax seal stamp in fine silver metal clay and then patinated and polished, leaving the raised parts bright silver to contrast with the background. Fine silver metal clay was first created by the Japanese back in 1990 in gold and then in turn silver, it is microscopic particles of silver mixed into a binder, it can be sculpted, textured, rolled etc. it is then fired whereupon the binder burns away and the particles fuse together or sinter into a solid metal piece. Fine silver is 99.9% silver, sterling is 92.5%.
the pendant is 2.7cm (just over an inch) in diameter and it hangs from a good sized Rolo/Belcher chain that is 47cm (18 1/2 inches) long, the clasp is a carabiner/lobster clasp.
This pendant works for male or female, young or old and anything in between!
Please NOTE each pendant is made individually and each one comes out differently to the next and is therefore unique, if you would like one that is rounder or has more indentations around the edge please message me.
