Ametrine Purple Threader Sterling Earrings

Lovely large faceted ametrines hang from sterling silver threader/wishbone/swing earring fittings, which are hammered at the end to stop the stone dropping off! Although the ametrines are quite big the earrings still feel light and the swing style is very easy to wear. They are 5cm long and 1.2cm wide, in inches that is 2 inches long and half and inch wide. The pair you receive may not be the ones in the photo but will be a very similar pair. As ametrine is a mixture of Amethyst and Citrine it combines the healing powers of both. Ametrine is said to calm the mind by clearing stress and tension from the head. It is also said to balance and soothe emotions and relieves depression. Ametrine overcomes prejudice by enhancing compatibility and acceptance of others. I really like ametrine even when it is mostly amethyst it often has lots of pretty inclusions in it.
