SOLD. 3 Cloud Multi Coloured Silver Earrings

3 cloud multi/tri coloured earrings made from fine silver metal clay, one cloud is patinated black, one is bright silver and one is gold vermeil. Fun earrings that have nice movement to them. Gold vermeil is gold plate to a good thickness and last very well, the gold plate for these earrings is 24 carat/karat gold. The earrings are 6.4cm (2 1/2 inches) long from the top of the hook the drop from the bottom of the hook is 5cm (2 inches) and they are 0.8cm (5/16 of an inch wide) wide. Made from fine silver metal clay, metal clay was first created by the Japanese back in 1990 in gold and then in turn silver, it is microscopic particles of silver mixed into a binder, it can be sculpted, textured, rolled etc. it is then fired whereupon the binder burns away and the particles fuse together or sinter into a metal piece.
I love metal clay and textures that can be created using it but please note it is not like milled metal sheet which can be made very smooth and is often highly polished.
