Peridot/Garnet Orchid Flower Gold Vermeil Earrings

Pretty faceted bezel set peridot gemstones hang from delightful gold vermeil orchid flowers and all hang from a simple ear wire with a decent length back! The second pair is a garnet (also know as almandine) and a peridot mismatching pair of earrings, I was asked to do a pair of these for a customer and I thought I rather liked them so I made another pair! Peridot is such a lovely stone and has all sorts of properties to it including reducing stress, anger and guilt. Peridot opens our hearts to joy and new relationships. It enhances confidence and assertion, motivating growth and change. Garnet boosts the immune system and energy levels. A stone of commitment, Red Garnet represents love.
If you haven’t come across gold vermeil it is thick gold plate of a high carat/karat over sterling silver and it wears very well.
The length of the earrings from the top of the hook are 4.1cm (just under 1 and 5 eighths of an inch), 1.3cm wide (just under 1/2 inch) and the drop length from the bottom of the hook is 3.2cm (just under 1 1/4 inches).
