Teardrop Patterned Silver Earrings

Tear dropped patterned fine/sterling silver earrings, a pair of boho chic teardrop earrings with a lovely swirly pattern on them (actually called turbulence!) in fine silver and hanging from a long sterling silver hook, so as not to lose them! They are made from fine silver metal clay which can be sculpted or patterned or rolled etc. and which starts life out as fine silver particles with a clay binder and as the pieces are fired the binder burns away and the particles fuse together leaving just a silver item, in this case fine silver which is 999 percent silver rather than sterling which is 925 percent silver. Clever stuff first created by the Japanese and now produced in all sorts of places and can be bought in bronze, copper, sterling, gold etc.. The earrings are not heavy to wear and have a lovely bright silver satin finish to them. The length of the earrings are 4.9cm or just under two inches, 2.2cm wide or not quite seven eighths of an inch wide and the drop length from the bottom of the hook is 3.2cm or one and a quarter inches.
