A contemporary contemplative Angel in textured fine recycled silver! A lovely angel with wings down made in fine silver metal clay, a lot of silver metal clay is made from recycled silver as this one is! Fine silver is 99.9% silver, sterling is 92.5% silver.

The chain is a lovely sparkly sterling silver diamond cut rolo chain, 46cm or 18 inches in length, it looks quite fine but it is a tough little chain! The clasp is an easy to use good sized carabiner clasp.

If you haven’t come across metal clay it was first created by the Japanese back in 1990 in gold and then in turn silver, it is microscopic particles of silver mixed into a binder, it can be sculpted, textured, rolled etc. it is then fired whereupon the binder burns away and the particles fuse together or sinter into a metal piece.

The angel is approximately 4cm in height (just over 1 1/2 inches) and 2.3cm (7/8 inch) at the widest point.
