Flower Pendant in Bronze

Pretty sculptural bronze flower pendant made from a mould created using a real geranium flower, hence the lovely textured middle! It is made from bronze metal clay and teamed with a sterling silver popcorn chain!

The geranium flower symbolizes happiness, good health, good wishes, and friendship. They are associated with positive emotions.

Metal clay was first created by the Japanese back in 1990 in gold and then in turn silver, it is microscopic particles of metal mixed into a binder, it can be sculpted, textured, rolled etc. it is then fired whereupon the binder burns away and the particles fuse together or sinter into a solid metal piece.

The pendant is approximately 2.9cm wide (1 1/8 inch) and 2.9cm high (1 1/8 inch) and the sterling silver chain is 46cm long or 18 inches. The chain has a good sized sterling silver carabiner clasp on it and two jump rings.
