I only came across marcasite recently, I saw the stones and through “Ooh I like that gemstone what is it?” Turns out is is marcasite!

Marcasite is said to be a gemstone used for powerful meditation. Marcasite gems aid in introspection and tend to resonate more strongly with higher, more spiritual chakras. According to many beliefs, marcasite is a talisman associated with wisdom, courage and expression. marcasite has nearly identical energies to pyrite.

The ear wires are made from recycled sterling silver. The length of the earrings is approximately 4.6cm (1 3/4 inches) and the drop length or stone length is 2.4cm (just under an inch) and the width 1.1cm (a little under 1/2 inch).
