Mario Sanzone (b.1946), Amalfi
Mario Sanzone was born in Naples in 1946 to a family of artists. He studied at the Fine Art Academy in Naples and began selling his work at a young age. One critic accused him of “romaticizing” his paintings to which he responded, “No, my Italy is that beautiful”.
