This stainless steel necklace and pendant is inspired by Norse mythology, suitable for men and women who want to awake the Viking god within!

The handmade stainless steel chain is created using double Viking knit, which I have finished with a hinged ring clasp (see the last images in the sequence to see how it works). Hanging on the clasp is Thor’s hammer, adorned with a Ram’s head and celtic pattern hangs from the chain

Nearly 1,300 years ago, Vikings used long pieces of silver and gold wire to weave ropes. These woven wire ropes were then stretched and made into jewellery for powerful Viking leaders. This wire weaving is called Viking knit (or trichinopoly chain).

The chain length options are as follows:
16 1/2” long
17 3/4” long
19 1/2” long
The pendant is 1 1/8” wide and 1 2/3” tall.
