Confusion
Another set of confusing signs in Biggar. In the Post Office car park there are 2 conflicting signs! The first says ‘Royal Mail Vehicles only’ and the second ‘Private Vehicles Parked at Owners Risk’ . Again, those passing by probably do not read the signs but they jumped out at me.
