Willow Barn

An oil commission painted for a local customer in my home village of Clanfield. The front of the building has a wooden fence in front of it which I left out of the painting along with a greenhouse and a few other objects, to enhance the appearance of the property (with the agreement of the customer).
I also reduced the height of the hedge to allow for a better view!

Painted in oils with a mix of brushes and palette knife in an impasto style ie thick textured paint in places to add depth to the subject.
