Project Bluebird

This is a close up photo of a piece titled Project Bluebird.
The local artist decided that it was important to notify the public somehow that this government project did not in fact die out in the 1960s and 1970s and that in fact today there are those still victimized in these projects that include mind control and other acts of involuntary consent that is used to provide entities with information. An example of this already was that after submitting the completed form for the artist profile the entire interview already completed just disappeared and was never applied to the profile. I imagine this was due to its containing sensitive information that certain entities did not want to disclose at this time. If a copy has been saved anywhere I’ll attempt to post it again.
