Five Finger Discount

This piece was created in 2012 when I was experimenting with tissue paper and adding different kinds of paper to my artwork. I thought the thin “towers” on the left side of the canvas looked like either fingers or cigarettes. I created another painting titled “10 Will Get You 20” and these two go together. I used Acrylic paint, book pages, tissue paper and ink. It’s a colorful piece and one of my favorites.
