Pollinator

This painting is all about that classic Midwest summer vibe—where everything’s in full bloom, and pollen is everywhere. It’s inspired by the mix of beauty and annoyance that comes with the season. You know how it is: surrounded by trees, flowers, weeds, and even a cornfield or two down the road, it’s a blend of everything nature has to offer.

This is an ink and acrylic paint on vellum artwork. There is a subtle sheen to the surface as well as vivid blues, yellows, greens and a metallic silver.
