Cronus

In Greek mythology, Cronus swallowed his first five children at birth, in an attempt to avoid any challenge to his authority. He was overthrown by his sixth child, Zeus, who caused him to disgorge the five children. In this drawing I tried to evoke the image of a snake swallowing an egg.
